Battery Passport Network is an AI-driven battery-risk intelligence and certification platform for the UK's secondary consumer electronics industry. We unify electrochemical diagnostics, replacement authenticity forensics and post-sale outcome data into one commercial trust identity so refurbishers know exactly which batteries are safe to resell, before the device ever leaves the warehouse.
Modelled across UK SME smartphone refurbishers, ITAD agencies and secondary distributors, Battery Passport Network's certification engine and BPN Taxonomy are built to deliver measurable margin protection not theoretical projections.
Battery Passport Network links electrochemical diagnostics, replacement provenance and post-sale outcomes into one closed-loop commercial platform diagnosing battery risk before it erodes margin, not after.
Fingerprints the behavioural and evidential profile of every battery, benchmarking degradation, replacement history and safety signals into a machine-readable trust identity.
Detects the root causes of hidden battery risk by analysing the delta between claimed replacement history and actual thermal/electrochemical behaviour.
Simulates resale configurations using historical performance and post-sale outcome data to forecast the estimated months of commercial acceptability.
Automatically decomposes complex batches of used devices into a structured resale decision from Premium BPN-A to Blocked BPN-X with no subjective technician interpretation.
Shares anonymised Battery Passport Networks from thousands of UK refurbishers and distributors, continually improving predictive models without exposing sensitive business data.
Delivers audit-ready reports proving battery safety and traceability, aligned with incoming 2026/2027 EU/UK Battery Regulations and ICO data-wiping standards.
Our models predict commercial failure risk and residual life before a battery affects a client relationship or warranty claim, instead of just recording a static health percentage.
Models trained on UK smartphone refurbishment behaviours, regional distributor pipelines and incoming EU/UK battery compliance requirements hyper-localised for the British market.
Every processed device, every replacement and every post-sale outcome strengthens the Federated Risk Benchmarking Network intelligence competitors cannot simply copy or buy.
Tiered SaaS pricing starting at £100/month gives independent refurbishers the same trust equity multinational buyback programmes already rely on.
Ingests data from existing testing software, CSV uploads or API connections no hardware lock-in, no need to replace your existing diagnostic stack.
Live, prescriptive battery-risk intelligence delivered on the warehouse floor not locked away in a desktop dashboard for head office only.
Battery Passport Network builds the world's most trusted digital ecosystem to create, verify and share battery lifecycle data across the value chain. Our AI-driven, end-to-end battery-risk intelligence platform captures, benchmarks and standardises the hidden electrochemical degradation of secondary batteries before a device is resold turning a fragmented, uncertain diagnostic telemetry stream into permanent, verifiable organisational "Commercial Trust Equity."
